|How do I create an account?|

2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

|How much is my shipping?|
|Delivery within most of Maricopa country is a flat $69 fee for any sized order. Areas outside of Maricopa country start at $99, and may increase depending on the time, distance, and size of order. Please contact us via live chat if ordering outside of Maricopa county.
Sorry, but we cannot process orders outside of Arizona at this time

|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|

|When will my order be delivered/planted?|
|We'll contact you with delivery date options via phone (or e-mail if we're unable to reach you by phone) with available delivery dates. Typically we're able to deliver and plant within 5-10 days of the order, but this window may be extended during busier seasons. We strive to complete your order as quickly as possible!
Please note that we're not able to commit to or reserve a delivery date until the order has been placed.
